POTONG SAYURAN KECIL2, MASUKKAN DALAM AIR KALDU, REBUS SELAMA 10 MENIT ATAU SAMPAI LUNAK. MAKANLAH SUP INI TIAP ANDA MERASA LAPAR SEJUMLAH YANG ANDA INGINKAN DAN TIAP SAAT DALAM SEHARI. SUP INI TIDAK AKAN MENAMBAH KALORI DALAM TUBUH.
 

HARI - 1
MAKANLAH SEGALA JENIS BUAH KECUALI PISANG. SEMANGKA MEMILIKI KANDUNGAN RENDAH KALORI DIBANDINGKAN DENGAN BUAH2AN YANG LAINNYA. MAKANLAH HANYA SUP PEMBAKAR LEMAK DAN BUAH2AN SEPANJANG HARI – 1 INI. UNTUK MINUMAN BOLEH KONSUMSI TEH TANPA GULA, CRANBEERY JUICE DAN AIR PUTIH.
HARI - 2
MAKANLAH SEGALA JENIS SAYURAN, BAIK MENTAH ATAUPUN DIREBUS SESUAI SELERA. UPAYAKAN MAKAN SAYURAN HIJAU DAN HINDARI SAYURAN BERBIJI SEPERTI KACANG PANJANG,BUNCIS MAUPUN JAGUNG. MAKANLAH SAYURAN TERSEBUT BERSAMA SUP PEMBAKAR LEMAK DIATAS. PADA SAAT MAKAN MALAM, SEBAGAI PENGHARGAAN TERHADAP KOMITMEN ANDA SENDIRI, MANJAKAN DIRI ANDA DENGAN KENTANG REBUS. MAKANLAH SUP PEMBAKAR LEMAK DAN JANGAN MAKAN BUAH SAMA SEKALI DI HARI – 2 INI.

MAKANLAH HANYA PISANG DAN SUSU RENDAH KALORI (SKIMMED MILK). MAKANLAH HINGGA 8 BUAH PISANG DAN MINUMLAH SKIMMED MILK SEBANYAK YANG ANDA INGINKAN. KEDUA JENIS MAKANAN DAN MINUMAN TERSEBUT MENGANDUNG KARBOHIDRAT DAN KALORI YANG ANDA BUTUHKAN DAN MENGGANTIKAN KEBUTUHAN ANDA AKAN RASA MANIS SETELAH 3 HARI PERTAMA PROGRAM. SUP PEMBAKAR LEMAK TETAP ANDA KOSUMSI SEPANJANG HARI-4 INI.

MAKANLAH IKAN (DAGING –SEPERTI HARI KE-5) DAN SAYURAN. KONSUMSI SESUAI KEINGINAN. ANDA BAHKAN DAPAT MAKAN 2 – 3 STEAK HARI INI, TANPA KENTANG. PASTIKAN SUP PEMBAKAR LEMAK ANDA KONSUMSIKAN HARI INI.

HARI -7
